Getting Started
Your guide to a happy, worry-free first stay.
New Client Guide
Choosing a kennel for your pet is a big decision. We know you want to find the perfect place where your furry family member will feel safe and loved. We encourage you to do your research, tour facilities, and ask for referrals.
A Safe & Sound Space
We work hard to provide a clean, dry, and climate-controlled home away from home. Our facility uses special, non-porous paint to keep germs and odors to a minimum, ensuring a healthy environment.
Resting & Relaxing
Cleanliness First
Our staff cleans thoroughly to maintain a spotless space for every pet.
Fresh Water
We provide distilled water to prevent health issues and keep your pet hydrated.
Controlled Comfort
The entire building is climate-controlled for year-round comfort.
The First Stay
For your pet's comfort and your peace of mind, we ask that all new boarders first complete a trial daycare stay with us. This helps us ensure we are a great fit for your pet.
Understanding Your Pet
It's normal for dogs to feel scared in a new place. Even after a great stay, they might be extra tired for a few days at home, as they're finally getting to fully relax.
What to Pack
Please bring a copy of your pet's Rabies, Distemper, and Bordatella vaccines for dogs (and Rabies and Distemper for cats). Feel free to bring their food, bedding, and up to two toys—but nothing you can't bear to lose!
Food
Bring enough food for their entire stay. We provide treats and feed twice a day. If you forget, we can accommodate you.
Personal Items
We'll provide bedding. You can also bring something that smells like home to help your pet settle in.
Let's Get Started
We're excited to meet you, but we understand we may not be the right fit for every family. If we're not, we'll be happy to refer you to another local facility we trust.
